3. ONLINE SHOP TERMS

• Payments for Services: Services are typically billed in milestones (e.g., deposit, progress payments, final delivery). Design fees for work already commenced are generally non-refundable.
• Limitation of Liability (Services): While we perform our design duties with professional care, we are not responsible for construction errors, material defects, or the actions of third-party contractors or builders implementing our designs. Our plans are intended as design guidance.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design concepts, is the property of LAIM (or our licensors) and is protected by copyright laws.

Upon full payment, ownership of the final architectural or interior design plans created specifically for a client transfers to that client. However, we retain the right to use photographs and renderings of the completed work for our portfolio and marketing purposes.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LAIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Site, products, or services.
